How does returning goods work?

Alior Raty is a possibility to pay for your purchases in instalments - without the need to visit the bank. You can spread the payment into convenient monthly instalments and pay for your order over a longer period of time. The whole process takes place online.

You can use this option if your purchases have a value of from 50 PLN to 15,000 PLN.

What are the instalment options?

Depending on the offer, you can choose:

  • raty 0% - payment spread over 10 or 20 instalments, at no extra cost (the cost is covered by the shop)
  • raty 1% miesięcznie - from 3 to 48 instalments (cost to be added to the instalment, to be paid by the customer)

How do I use Alior Rat?

  2. During payment, select the option Alior Raty.
  3. You will be redirected to the Alior Bank website.

  5. Wait for the bank's decision (usually takes up to 15 minutes).
  6. Confirm the agreement and make a verification transfer for £1 (if required).
