Creating an account

Mobility Firm Premium is an automatic payment service for fleets, tailored to the needs of business customers with several to hundreds of light vehicles. It allows all company journeys to be paid automatically, summary invoices to be drawn up, documentation to be managed and monthly costs to be settled.

  • Choose a plan tailored to your company's needs: https://mobility.autopay.pl/cennik
  • Register a company account: https://app.autopay.eu/rejestracja
  • Complete the vehicle details and select the duration of the contract (1 or 12 months)
  • Pay a deposit or add a payment card to be used for automatic fare collection

Important: Polish and foreign companies can be registered in Mobility Firm Premium. In the case of German plates, registration is required in accordance with the vehicle registration certificate or number plates:

  • allowed characters: [A-Z], [Ä,Ö,Ü], [0-9],
  • E plates should be entered with the letter "E" at the end of the registration number.
  • number plates for classic cars should be entered with the letter "H" at the end of the registration number.
  • Logging

    To log in to your Autopay Fleet account:

    • go to https://app.autopay.eu/logowanie
    • provide the e-mail address indicated during registration or the telephone number
    • enter your pre-set password
    • Click 'Login' and you're done

    Vehicles

    Videotolling system

    Light, heavy and mixed fleets

    Light vehicles are passenger cars up to 3.5 t gross vehicle weight and motorbikes.

    Heavy vehicles are cars with a gross vehicle weight of more than 3.5 t.

    You can add a vehicle after logging into your account, under "Vehicles" - "Add vehicle".

    Transfers

    With Autopay Flota you can pay automatically for driving on the following roads in Poland:

    • AmberOne A1 (videotolling)
    • A2 Poznań-Konin (videotolling)
    • A4 Katowice-Cracow (videotolling)

    ATTENTION: As of 1 January 2025, tolls on the A1 motorway between Gdańsk and Toruń have returned.

    Drivers

    Once logged into the panel, you can add the drivers' details: name, surname, telephone number, email address and the registration number of the vehicle they are driving.

    Once a driver has been added, that driver will receive an SMS message inviting them to use the system. He or she must download the Autopay mobile app and register, then go to 'Settings' to enter code received earlier by SMS. If there is a difficulty in assigning the driver to a company - we will ask the driver to provide the TIN.

    Important: If the driver has already used Autopay before (e.g. to pay for private journeys), he/she must log into the application, click 'More' > 'Settings' > 'Driver Account' and enter the code received earlier in the SMS to activate the driver account.

    The fleet manager can easily assign any number of vehicles from the list to a driver. To do this:

    • go to the profile of the selected driver
    • click on 'Edit' visible below the driver data
    • click on the drop-down list shown under the 'Assigned Vehicles' heading
    • from the list, select the vehicles you wish to assign to a particular driver
    • click 'Save'

    💡 Drivers have limited access to fleet information - they can see vehicle data (number plates) and a list of journeys to date. However, they do not have access to billing and other fleet data.

    Each driver can also add the details of his or her private payment card and use it for payments when travelling in a company vehicle but for private purposes.

    Driver account

    Using the driver's account, the company can pay for the employee's journeys on the motorways covered by the videotolling system, namely the AmberOne A1, A2 Poznań-Konin and A4 Katowice-Kraków.

    The employer creates a driver account and the employee activates it after downloading the Autopay app. Drivers can also be added by the Fleet Manager - via the administrative panel.

    Activation

    After downloading the app to their phone, the employee should:

    1. set up an account
    2. go to the 'More' > 'Settings' tab > 'Driver account'
    3. enter the code received in the SMS message
    4. provide the company's VAT number

    Change of data

    With an active account, the driver can: add a new vehicle, activate specific services and add a payment source.

    If a vehicle has been added by the Fleet Manager, the driver cannot: manage Autopay payments, make changes to the vehicle category and payment sources indicated for the vehicle, or delete a vehicle that has been assigned to him/her.

    Change of account type

    The vehicle driver can add his or her private vehicle (without changing account details) and private payment card details that he or she wishes to use for payment when travelling in a company vehicle but for private purposes.

    Deleting your account with Autopay Fleet

    Forms of payment

    The Mobility Firm Premium service is payable according to the billing plan selected. You will receive an invoice from us at the beginning of the month, which consists of the cost of the journeys and the vehicle fee.

    • Debit/credit/flotation card

      If you connect a payment card to your account, it will be used to make automatic payments for motorway tolls. You can add as many payment cards as you wish and assign the selected card to the vehicle (indicate which card is to be used for payment for the vehicle).

      Important: If the payment is not collected automatically, log into your account, go to the 'Transactions' section and click 'Pay' visible next to the transaction, which will be marked in red.

      At the end of the billing period, you will receive an invoice summarising the costs of the Mobility Firm Premium service itself.

    • Security deposit (formerly Deposit)

      The deposit serves the function of security. Payments for journeys are not charged from it. At the end of the billing period, you will receive an invoice from us, which will include both the costs of the journeys themselves secured by the deposit and the charges associated with the active vehicles in the previous month.

      Important: The deposit must be in the positive for your fleet to be able to use Autopay automatic payments. If, during verification, it turns out that you have outstanding unpaid invoices on your account - their cost will be covered just from the deposit.

    • To increase the deposit:

      • log in to your Autopay account
      • while on the Desktop, click the command 'Do you want to increase your bail?'
      • you will then see the details of the bank account to which you need to make a transfer in order to increase your deposit

      💡 Always pay attention to the account number to which you order the transfer. The bail-in account is different from the settlement account.

      You will receive information on the utilisation of your deposit in your email inbox. We send messages when the usage is 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%, respectively. If there are problems with your card, we also send you an email.

    Cost of Mobility Firm Premium

    The cost of the service depends on the plan chosen. Price list:

    Fees are combined and the final cost depends on the number of vehicles in the fleet and the types of active services.

    Fleet charge is a subscription fee for each car added to the system that has at least one trip paid for using the Autopay service.

    Invoices

    Single trip invoice is issued immediately after the journey is completed. To find it:

    • log in to your an account with Autopay
    • select the 'Invoices' tab on the left-hand side

    Important: Only those using the Mobility Firm plan can receive an invoice for a single journey.

    Summary invoice is issued to holders of an active Mobility Firm Premium plan between the 6th and 15th of the following month and sent to the e-mail address indicated during registration (you can also add a second e-mail address, e.g. for your accounting). The invoice will include the cost of journeys and the cost of commission for vehicles that have made a minimum of one journey since the vehicle was added to the Autopay Fleet system.

    The invoice for Mobility Firm Premium you will receive from us to the e-mail address you indicated during registration (you can also add a second, arbitrary e-mail address to send invoices). Remember to always order the transfer to the details shown on the invoice or in the Autopay Fleet panel.

    Important: When we receive payment from you for your latest invoice, we will first check to see if you have any outstanding fare payments. If this turns out to be the case, then the outstanding amount due will be paid from the funds received. This way you are guaranteed not to be too long in arrears and you will not lose the use of Autopay.

    Monthly subscription

    When you opt for a monthly subscription, you can choose the following forms of payment:

    • payment card
    • deposit paid into an individual bank account

    The vehicle fee will only start to be charged when:

    1. add the vehicle to your Autopay Fleet account
    2. assign selected services and payment method to the vehicle
    3. you will make min. one drive a newly added vehicle

    The vehicle fee will be added to the invoice to be issued at the beginning of the following month.

    💡 If you remove an active vehicle on 1 August, for example, its cost will still be included in the invoice you receive in September.

    Important: If you have previously used Autopay as a private individual and have completed journeys with a vehicle you are now using within Autopay Fleet, we will start charging you as soon as you add the vehicle in question (this applies if your Autopay Fleet account was set up with the same phone number as your previous private account).

    Annual subscription

    When you opt for an annual subscription, you can choose the following forms of payment:

    • payment card
    • deposit paid into an individual bank account

    You may have added any number of vehicles. Until you have completed your first journey in a particular car, we will not charge you for it. This will only happen once you have fulfilled all the conditions, viz:

    1. add the vehicle to your Autopay Fleet account
    2. assign selected services and payment method to the vehicle
    3. you will make min. one drive a newly added vehicle

    Important: If you have previously used Autopay as a private individual and have completed journeys with a vehicle you are now using within Autopay Fleet, we will start charging you as soon as you add the vehicle in question (this applies if your Autopay Fleet account was set up with the same phone number as your previous private account).

    Annual subscriptions are billed separately for each carand the fee is charged in the month following the addition of the vehicle - for the previous month and 11 subsequent months.

    Example:

    • in September you added car X and activated the service because you completed a journey with it (in October we will charge you for September and the following 11 months);
    • you added car Y in November and activated the service because you completed a journey with it (in December we will charge you for November and the following 11 months).

    • As a result, you have active two subscriptions - one valid until August and the other until the following October.

    💡 Vehicle commissions will be added to your next invoice. If you do not use a particular vehicle for, say, a month, its cost will still be included in the invoice.
