Spingo is a deferred payment service for businesses, allowing them to purchase goods and services with the option to pay up to 90 days later. With Spingo, businesses can flexibly manage their budgets and maintain liquidity without the need for immediate funds.

The service is operated by Factoriawhich covers the cost of your purchase.

How does Spingo work?

  1. Place an order with a maximum value of PLN 50 000.
  2. When finalising your purchase, select Spingo as a payment method.
  3. Enter the required data: TIN, company address, identity card and PESEL number of the person representing the company. Confirm your details and request payment (there will be a verification process).
  4. Wait for the result of the verification.
  5. Confirm the contract by SMS code.
  6. After a positive decision, you will see a message that your purchases have been paid for.
  7. You get the order.
  8. You have 30 or 45 days to settle the debt.

How does the payment process work?

  • After positive verification, Spingo transfers the funds to the seller.
  • Your order is paid for immediately.
  • You have a set number of days to repay your commitment.
  • The entire process takes place online, without the need to provide additional documents.

How much does the service cost?

The costs depend on the repayment term chosen and the conditions offered by the shop cooperating with Spingo.

Who can benefit from the service?

Spingo is a financing service for companies. It can be used by entrepreneurs who meet the following conditions:

  • They run sole proprietorships or partnerships and commercial law companies.
  • Have been in business for at least 12 months.
  • Are active VAT payers and have not suspended their activities in the last 3 months.

Why was the application for payment by Spingo rejected?

Your application may have been rejected for several reasons:

  • Incorrect data in the application.
  • Incorrect details provided when logging into online banking.
  • Lack of consistency between the data in the application and the data in the bank.

To which account number should the funds be returned?

You will find all the details of the payee, account number and repayment schedule in the loan agreement you receive from Faktoria after positive verification.

  • You have 30 or 45 days to pay back, depending on the shop's offer.
  • Details can be found in an email from Faktoria.
