Which banks support BlueCash transfers?

I have a problem with payment

The BlueCash payment system enables instant transfers between banks. Autopay provides the technology, but the service itself is provided by your bank, so the status of the transaction can only be checked with the bank where the transfer was ordered. Autopay, as the technology provider, cannot provide information about such a transaction.

Before contacting your bank, check whether the problem is related to an immediate payment or perhaps a bill payments or in online shops. You can check the status of the latter hereand if you have any problems, you will find help in the relevant articles.

Important: Autopay S.A. appears as the sender of the transfer, as the BlueCash System handles interbank transfers, splitting them into two intra-bank transfers and using Autopay accounts at different banks.

Which banks support BlueCash transfers?

BlueCash operates in more than 120 banks, including:

The cost of the transfer depends on the bank where you order the operation. Please contact your bank for details.

Important: The BlueCash service allows instant transfers only within banks operating in Poland. For international transfers, you must use other services offered by your bank.

I have a problem with payment

Autopay provides the technology, but the instant payment service itself is provided by your bank. This means that the status of the transaction can only be checked with the bank where the transfer was ordered. Autopay, as the technology provider, does not have information about the details of such transactions.

Why was the express transfer returned?

If the transfer has been rejected by the recipient's bank because, for example, the recipient's account is inactive or there have been technical problems, the funds are usually returned to the sender's account. If there are problems or the funds are not returned, contact your bank, which has access to the details of the transaction.

How to return funds received in error?

To return the funds:

  • Make a transfer to the same account from which you received them.
  • Give the same title for the transfer, marked "Return to sender".
