Creating an account with Autopay
Autopay is a mobile application that you can use to pay automatically for motorway tolls (A1, A2, A4), car parks, car washesi vignettes. For individual users, the Autopay service for up to two vehicles is free. Detailed information is available on the z Price list.
The Autopay app works on smartphones with systems:

Important:Remember not to log in to the same Autopay account on more than one device at the same time - this can make it difficult for the app to work and for the automatic payment to download correctly.

If you change your phone (e.g. after losing your previous one), simply download the app to your new device, log in to your account and set a new password.
Seized data
When registering, do you see a message that the email is already taken? Go to logowaniaand click "Forgot password" or kliknij tutaj. We will send you a message with instructions on how to set a new password and regain access.
No longer have access to this email address? Get in touch with us.
If, when entering the data, it appears that numer rejestracyjny lub numer telefonu są już zajęte(and you are sure that no one else, e.g. in your family, is using them or they are assigned to an account to which you do not have access) - write to us using the form at the bottom of the page.
In your message, attach a photo or scan of the first page of your registration certificate (details marked A to H are sufficient) and describe what is happening.
If a vehicle is removed from one account, it will be possible to register it on a second account after a few minutes.
If you find that your details have been used to activate the Autopay service via online banking - the you can link the two accounts. To do this:
Vehicles
Log in to the app, click 'More' > 'Vehicles' - here you can:
Each user can add several vehicles to their account and subscribe to the same or different payment methods.
Important:a given vehicle can only be assigned to one user account (otherwise it would not be clear from whom to collect payment for a given journey).
Permitted vehicle categories:
When driving a motorbike, you cannot use videotolling (cameras are not able to read the registration numbers placed on the back of the motorbike).
In the app, you can add a vehicle with a Polish or foreign registration. List of countries covered by the system:

The plates should consist of letters and numbers. The registration number should be written according to the registration certificate or plates, without spaces.
A special provision applies to German and Austrian number plates. Permitted characters are [A-Z], [Ä,Ö,Ü], [0-9]. For electric vehicles add the letter "E" at the end, for classic cars add the letter "H" and a dash in place of the sticker.
Change of data

Plans are now available in Autopay instead of account types:
Changing the plan is only possible via the panel on the website - in the app this option is not available. To change your plan, log in to Autopay web panel, go to the "Your plan" tab and select the one you want to use.

To add a new card or change an existing card:
When you add a new card, remember to update it in the vehicle details.

The password must have min. 8 characters, at least one capital letter and at least one special character.

Depending on what you are changing - you will either receive an SMS with a code or an e-mail with an activation link.
Deletion of account
If you do not have access to the application and wish to delete your account, please contact us via the form available at the bottom of the page.
The process will be successful if you have paid all your fare payments. If you are found to be in arrears - we will ask you to pay these and then allow you to delete your account.
Important:Uninstalling the application is not the same as deleting the account. To delete your account, follow the steps described above. As soon as you uninstall the app, payments for motorway tolls covered by the videotolling system (AmberOne A1, A2 Konin-Poznań, A4 Katowice-Kraków) will continue to be collected.
Data security
Your data is safe because we apply the safeguards required by the RODO, undergo security audits and improve data security measures in line with new cyber security threats.
The security of payments is the responsibility of Autopay S.A., which is a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and also has the approval of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) to operate the BlueCash Payment System. The company is PCI DSS certified, certifying the application of strict security standards for payment cardholder data and operates in accordance with ISO 27001. Autopay S.A.'s solutions meet the requirements of industry regulators: NBP, KNF and PUODO.
Autopay payment methods
The Autopay service is completely free for individual users with up to two vehicles - you only pay the cost of the journey. You will find the current price list for the charges on the Price listand you will find the tolls applicable on the individual motorway sections on the official website of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.
If you cannot add a payment method - make sure you are using the latest version of the app (if not - update it). Also make sure with your bank that you don't have limits or blocks on payments.
Fees (changes from 1.09.2025)
If you have more than one active vehicle on your account (Mobility Basic or Mobility Firm plan) with Autopay and use services such as the A1, A2, A4 or automatic car parks, you will be charged a collective service charge for the whole month. Its amount depends on the number of transactions made in the month - the more journeys you make, the lower the rate for each one.
The tariffs look as follows:
Once a given threshold is reached, a fee is charged on all transactions from that month at the appropriate rate.
Przykład: If there have been 7 transactions on your account in a given month, each of them will be subject to a fee 0,49 zł / trx.
The fee is usually charged on the third day of the following month and is taken automatically from the default payment method - card or BLIK Recurring Payment.
You can check at any time in the app or web panel how many transactions have been made, what threshold you are in and how much you will pay for the month. For accounts on the plan Mobility FirmTogether with the debit, an invoice is generated and sent by e-mail. In the case of individual accounts, such an invoice must be generated yourself in the panelu wwwby clicking issue invoice in the details of this transaction.
In the event of a correction of some transaction (e.g. a wrongly charged fee), when it appears przed 3. dniem miesiąca, can change the number of transactions and thus affect the fee - e.g. move you to a different threshold. If the adjustment occurs after day 3, it no longer changes the threshold, but if it relates to the total return of the transaction, the service charge for that particular transaction will be refunded to you.
In the case of częściowego zwrotu(i.e., e.g., only part of the fare amount), the service charge is not refunded - because it depends on the number of transactions and not on their value.
Ważne: Failure to accept the terms and conditions of the service charge on more than one vehicle will result in access to the services covered by the automatic charge being blocked.
If you want to delete an account and you have charges accrued, the system will generate a payment to be paid manually - as if it were to be charged at the beginning of the following month.
Invoices
How you receive your invoice depends on the type of account you use.
Company accounts (Mobility Firm)- An invoice for a single ride will be automatically sent to your e-mail after the ride and will be available in the web panel under "Invoices". To receive an invoice:Summary invoices are available for Mobility Firm Premium accounts.
If you are using a plan Mobility Firm Premium- hereyou will find the invoice information you need.
Important:the vehicle registration number will be shown on the invoice for a single journey.
To update the details for an automatically issued invoice:
If you notice that the details on the invoice are incorrect - please send us a correction note and the original of the incorrect invoice using the form at the bottom of the page.
Erroneous or unrealised payments
So that the fare payment can be collected:
Otherwise, the payment will fail and the ability to use Autopay will be blocked until the payment is settled.
If a payment has not been made, you can pay manually. Simply log into your account in the panel, go to the "Transactions" tab, select the relevant item and click "Pay".
If you see a journey in your Autopay account that should not be there - please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page.
💡To ensure that the app does not download an automatic payment when you do not want it to, follow the instructions:

- temporarily deactivate the automatic payment service on the episode in question.
