Creating an account with Autopay

Autopay is a mobile application that you can use to pay automatically for motorway tolls (A1, A2, A4), car parks, car washes i vignettes. For individual users, the Autopay service for up to two vehicles is free. Detailed information is available on the z Price list.

The Autopay app works on smartphones with systems:

  • Android - from version 9
  • iOS - from version 17
Download the mobile application (App Store, Google Play), complete your personal details, add your vehicle details and payment method.

When creating an account with Autopay, you will need to provide an email address, phone number (can be overseas). Once registration is complete, you will receive an email from us with an activation link - click it to confirm the creation of your Autopay account (if you cannot find the email with the link - search Spam, Trash, Other folders).

Important: Remember not to log in to the same Autopay account on more than one device at the same time - this can make it difficult for the app to work and for the automatic payment to download correctly.

Vehicles

Log in to the app, click 'More' > 'Vehicles' - here you can:

  • add/remove a vehicle (if you do not see yours in the list of available makes and models, select 'Other' from the list),
  • change the vehicle category,
  • enable or disable the Autopay service on selected motorways or car parks (click 'Change' to make changes),
  • change the form of payment for a particular vehicle.

Each user can add several vehicles to their account and subscribe to the same or different payment methods.

Important: a given vehicle can only be assigned to one user account (otherwise it would not be clear from whom to collect payment for a given journey).

Permitted vehicle categories:

  • 1 - Passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with two axles, without twin (double) wheels, without trailer. Usually up to 3.5 t GVW.Examples: typical passenger car, van up to 3.5 t (without twin wheels, no trailer).

Erroneous or unrealised payments

So that the fare payment can be collected:

  • there must be the amount needed in the designated account,
  • In online banking, you must have sufficiently high limits set for online payments.

Otherwise, the payment will fail and the ability to use Autopay will be blocked until the payment is settled.

If you see a journey in your Autopay account that should not be there - please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page.

💡To ensure that the app does not download an automatic payment when you do not want it to, follow the instructions:

On the A1, A2 Poznań-Konin or on the A4 Katowice-Krakow (videotolling)

- temporarily deactivate the automatic payment service on the episode in question.

To do this:

  • enter the application
  • click 'More' > 'Vehicles' > the name of your vehicle
  • Click 'Change' next to Highways
  • deselect with the slider the section you want to temporarily exclude from the service

Remember to enable Autopay when you want to use automatic payments again.
