Erroneous deposits are transfers ordered
not through our payment system but manually, e.g. from a bank account. This can happen when someone, for example, returns a loan to the account they got it from, or transfers money to another person who used our system.
An erroneous payment is not a transfer made correctly by our payment gateway. If you are in doubt about your transfer and it was ordered correctly, check the status of the transaction or look for information in articles about a specific service.
How do I recover money from an erroneous payment?
Returns usually take up to 5 working days. If you do not have the money in your account after this time, please email us via the contact form.
If you have sent money to the wrong account, our system usually detects such deposits and automatically returns them to the sender's account. You do not need to contact us unless the transfer was ordered from a foreign bank.
Important:
- The transfer is returned to the same account from which the money was sent.
- If the transfer was from a foreign account, you must contact us and provide details of the payment and the Polish account to be refunded. If you do not have a Polish account, you can indicate the account from which the payment was made or another account belonging to you.
- If the transfer was sent from a bank branch or post office, the refund will go to that branch's account - contact them to find out how to claim the money. For example, if the transfer was sent from a Polish Post office, the refund will go to your Polish Post account. If this is the case, you can contact the Post Office branch or helpline directly for instructions on how to collect the money.
We do not charge for the return of erroneous payments.
