Top up codes for games and multimedia is a service that allows you to top up your PlayStation, Spotify or Netflix account quickly and conveniently from online or mobile banking. The service also allows you to download access codes for online games and renew your subscription to selected music and VOD services.

The process is very simple and is similar to recharging a prepaid mobile phone. After logging in to online banking, select the games and media top-up option, the product and the top-up value. Once the transaction has been finalised, the code will be sent by email to the address you have indicated.


The service is currently available in ING Bank Slaski's online banking - My ING, Millennium and on Santander Bank's website -. Heredoladuj.co.uk.

What should I do if I haven't received a top-up code?

If you have not received a top-up code to your email inbox (NOTE: for banks Santander and Millennium code is not sent by email), here's what you can do:

  1. Check your bank account:
  • If the funds have been collected, make sure you have entered a valid email address.
  • If the funds have not been collected, try the transaction again.
  • Verify email address:
    • Ensure that the email address provided during the transaction is correct.
    • Check the SPAM folders, offers or notifications in your inbox.
  • Contact us: If the problem persists, please send your request together with the transfer confirmation using the contact form.
  • Advice: To check the email address assigned to your account, log in to your online banking and go to the place where your personal details are listed. There you will find the email to which all messages are sent.

    What should I do if the top-up code I received does not work?
